and Human Rights Commission\u5605\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u4fc2\u56e0\u70ba\u5176\u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u7279\u8cea (Protected characteristics) \u800c\u88ab\u6b67\u8996\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u5c31\u4fc2\u9055\u6cd5\u3002\u4f62\u5b9a\u7fa9\u5497\u4e5d\u7a2e\u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u7279\u8cea\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6211\u5730\u90fd\u597d\u719f\u6089\u5605\u6b98\u75be\u3001\u539f\u751f\u6027\u5225\u3001\u7a2e\u65cf\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u5d17\u4f4d\u5305\u62ec\u5a5a\u59fb\u53ca\u6c11\u4e8b\u7d50\u5408\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u540c\u57cb\u61f7\u5b55\u53ca\u751f\u80b2\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6027\u50be\u5411
