跨性別旗，由跨性別女性Monica Helms設計，2000年在美國鳳凰城的驕傲遊行上首次展示。
這旗幟代表了整個跨性別人群，泛指任何認為出生時被定的性別無法完全表達自己性別認同的人，這個概括性術語涵蓋了不同種類的跨性別人士。
這旗子特別的地方是無論怎麼懸掛，圖案順序都不會亂，象徵我們定義自己是不會有出錯。
Get to know the Transgender Pride Flag
Designer:
Monica Helms (She/Her) is a US Navy veteran, and also an activist in the transgender equality movement. She created the Transgender Pride Flag in 1999, and first presented it at the Pheonix Pride Parade in 2000.
What do the colours represent?
- Blue: traditional color representing a baby boy
- Pink: traditional color representing a baby girl
- White: representing the transgender community , including people who are transitioning, agender or bigender, and intersex.
What makes the Transgender Pride Flag special is that no matter how you display it, the color order will not be mixed up. It symbolizes that there is nothing wrong with how we identify, we should be more confident in ourselves.
